If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the corrected address.

Oli & Ruby Co. is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
