Product Highlights

 At least 11 bead selections

✨ Personalized using your preferences whenever possible

✨ Beautifully packed and ready to enjoy

✨ A unique assortment of stationery, accessories, and cozy surprises

✨ No two scoops are exactly alike

✨ Please leave us a note at checkout with your character preferences (and a good back-up!), special requests, and any exclusions or dislikes. To allow enough flexibility for a beautifully balanced scoop, we can honor up to 5 bead category exclusions per scoop.

Please note that broader exclusions may count as multiple categories. For example, “hair accessories” includes four bead categories: headbands, hair clips, scrunchies, and claw clips.

If more than 5 bead category exclusions are submitted, we may curate using the first 5 exclusions provided.

A little note about curation 🤎

Each scoop is a mystery and thoughtfully curated just for you! We’ll always do our best to incorporate the characters, colors, themes, and item preferences you share with us. Requests help guide our curation, but specific characters, colors, themes, brands, or items cannot be guaranteed and are subject to current inventory.

Preferences and exclusions are requests used to guide curation and do not guarantee the specific contents or perceived value of a scoop.

By purchasing a scoop, you are purchasing a mystery assortment rather than specific individual items.

Part of the fun is the surprise—your scoop will be uniquely curated, so the assortment you receive may differ from examples shown in our photos and videos.

Please submit all curation preferences, special requests, and exclusions with your order. Requests submitted after purchase may not be accommodated once curation or order preparation has begun.

Shipping & Delivery 🤎

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Orders returned to Oli & Ruby Co. due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package will require payment of additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays do not qualify for order cancellation. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

ALL SALES FINAL 🤎

Because each scoop is individually curated and prepared based on the preferences submitted with your order, all purchases are final once an order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, preference changes, duplicate or accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the mystery assortment.

Please carefully review your selections, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply if an order arrives damaged, is materially incorrect, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
