Look out for a lucky charm! 🤎
Some Ruby Toobie Lucky Pouches contain a special bonus charm.
If a bonus charm is found, your order will receive one additional mystery pouch plus one surprise item selected from the shelves of Oli & Ruby Co.
Bonus charms are randomly included and are not guaranteed with any individual pouch or order.
The bonus item is also a mystery and may include stationery, accessories, or another cute find from our shop. Specific bonus items, characters, brands, colors, or styles cannot be requested or guaranteed.
Every purchased pouch contains a squishy regardless of whether a bonus charm is included.
A little note about the mystery 🤎
Ruby Toobie Lucky Pouches are a mystery experience. By purchasing, you are purchasing the number of mystery squishies included with your selected pouch quantity rather than specific individual squishies.
Specific squishies, characters, colors, styles, or designs cannot be guaranteed. Preferences and exclusions are not accepted for Ruby Toobie Lucky Pouches.
Part of the fun is the surprise, so the squishies and bonus items you receive may differ from examples shown in our photos, videos, and previous orders.
Shipping & Delivery 🤎
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
Orders returned to Oli & Ruby Co. due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package will require payment of additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays do not qualify for order cancellation.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with next steps.
If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and affected items so we can assist you.
ALL SALES FINAL 🤎
Because Ruby Toobie Lucky Pouches are mystery products, all purchases are final once an order is placed.
Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, duplicate or accidental purchases, receiving duplicates, or dissatisfaction with the mystery selection.
Please carefully review your selected quantity, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.
