✨ Please leave us a note at checkout with your character preferences (and a good back-up!), special requests, and any exclusions or dislikes. To allow enough flexibility for a beautifully balanced assortment, we can honor up to 5 bead category exclusions per order, regardless of the number of scoops purchased.

Please note that broader exclusions may count as multiple categories. For example, “hair accessories” includes four bead categories: headbands, hair clips, scrunchies, and claw clips.

If more than 5 bead category exclusions are submitted, we may curate using the first 5 exclusions provided.

Requests help guide our curation, but specific characters, colors, themes, brands, or items cannot be guaranteed and are subject to current inventory.

Preferences and exclusions are used to guide curation and do not guarantee the specific contents of your order.

By purchasing Oli Bear Scoops, you are purchasing a mystery assortment rather than specific individual items.

Part of the fun is the surprise—your assortment will be uniquely curated, so the items you receive may differ from examples shown in our photos and videos.

Please submit all curation preferences, special requests, and exclusions with your order. Requests submitted after purchase may not be accommodated once curation or order preparation has begun.

Shipping & Delivery 🤎

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Orders returned to Oli & Ruby Co. due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package will require payment of additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Multiple scoops purchased in the same order may be packaged together for shipping.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays do not qualify for order cancellation.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and affected items so we can assist you.

Because each order is individually curated and prepared based on the preferences submitted with your order, all purchases are final once an order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, preference changes, duplicate or accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the mystery assortment.
